When the moon is waning cleanse yourself and your mind by taking a ritual bath. Stare at the mirror and map out in your mind which parts of your body that need changing. Think back in your life and recall the time that you had felt beautiful and perfect. You can even choose a specific person whose figure appeals to you. Calculate a healthy weight that you want to be. After sweeping the ritual area you can cast your circle and invite the goddess Venus. She is the goddess of beauty and love and request her to aid you in your ritual. Imagine yourself reflecting the aura and beauty of the goddess through yourself. Burn the sage and sprinkle salt around the circle to protect you during this ritual. Sprinkle the flowers around the Alter and engrave the number of pounds you want to loose on to the yellow candle. Light the candles and incense. Visualise yourself slim and meditate on that vision for a while. Dance or simple meditate while feeling happy about the changes that are going to be brought about in your body over the next few weeks.
